Bitbucket location is missing

Hi,

i wrote a script in Groovy to enable a banner in the header area for my company. 

If I look at the website with "...?web.items&web.panels&web.sections" I see that the section, where I want to enable it, is called "Web Panel: bitbucket.notification.banner.header".

But this option is missing in the Scriptrunner-Script Fragments-custom web item".
The field is called "What section should this go:".

The dropbox has several entries, but non of these I need. 

Can you help me? Am I doing something wrong?
