Can I import multiple templates for an issue?

For example, I already have several items in my checklist but I want to import a Template which will add to the checklist.

Or, I can preset multiple templates eg. Acceptance Criteria, DOD, Release check.

Then depending on the issue, I will import maybe Acceptance Criteria and DOD.

Hi,

Both are possible. 

1. If Jira issue already contains checklist items, you can still load a predefined template and "append" more checklist items to Jira issue.

2. You can load any template you like, either manually or automatically.
