Cannot re-indexing

We íntalled this plugin successfully.

Then, we tried to update some custom field (Free Text and Numeric). JIRA request to do Reindexing.

We tried many reindexing times, but cannot success.

Do you have any idea?

We're using version (v6.3.3#6331-sha1:d919e5c)

Hi,

Sorry for the late answer

What is the definition of  "cannot success" ie : is the indexing task failing with an error ? is there any error in the log ?

you can manualy clear the cache if required.
