Creating a Template Page with Subpages

Using the Scaffolding plugin, is it possible to create a template page with sub-pages, so when I create a page from that template it automatically adds subpages underneath it?

i.e.

1) Create a master page 'Master Template', and add subpage 1 and subpage 2 under it

2) Make a new page, using the master page as it's template, and on creation this new page has it's own copies of subpages 1 and 2 underneath it
