I have traced a serious issue we are having with Jira back to the Database CF plugin by Kepler-Rominfo. As soon as I enable this plugin (v2.1.3 with katl-commons 2.0.6 on Jira 5.0.1) users on our system cannot assign issues to others anymore.
I have checked group/role membership and permissions/issue security with the Atlassian Admin Helper plugin and our configuration is fine.
With the database cf plugin disabled our users with a certain role can assign issues to other users with that role in the same project, no issues. If I enable the plugin and try the same thing the users cannot find the other user anymore, the issue cannot be assigned to them.
I went through Atlassian support and we have narrowed down the issue to this plugin. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
Thanks for your help, Stefan
