Easy bi report issue

I have a scenario with respect to JSD and easy big report.

I have statuses like L1 Support and L2 Support and a sla metric called time to resolution.
Now i want a report on how many tickets got their sla breached in L1 Support and how many breached in L2 Support.

Tried using a calculated measure of issue.status with sla with unable to create a calculated member as both are measures which is not considered a set or conjunction.

Any help is appreciated
