I was wondering if we still receive any email notification when a review is added in our add-on page in Marketplace. We just noticed that there is a new review in our page, but it seems that none of us has received any email notification. If there is a way to set anything in our add-on page, we would like to know. Hi there,
Email notifications for new reviews are sent to the main email address for the vendor account, but not to the individual email addresses of the vendor contacts. For example, the email contact for the Atlassian vendor is atlassian-vendor@atlassian.com, as you can see here. We recommend setting up an alias to include the relevant people on your team.

You need to replace YOURVENDORID in the URL above with your vendor's specific ID. Alternately, you can navigate to this page by clicking the Manage Listings link in the Marketplace header, then the "Details" tab, then scroll to "Contact details".

Just checked the Contact Email address there and it is our group one, "addons@ricksoft.jp" And none of us seemed to receive the email notification for the latest review for our addon. Would there be any way for you to investigate this, or should we contact tech support?
