When connecting to JIRA using Excel Connector for JIRA v1.2.3.0 I am getting the error below.

at Excel2JIRA.ExcelPopulator.RefreshSheetNew()
at Excel2JIRA.RefreshWindow.RefreshWindow_Shown(Object sender, EventArgs e)
There are no logs either client or server side to assist with troubleshooting this issue. Assistance would be appreciated.
