Error commit tab JIRA DVCS Connector Plugin

In Jira,the commit tab in every issues (even issues without commit) gives the following error :

Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-bitbucket-connector-plugin:dvcs-commits-tabpanel'. Please contact your JIRA administrators.

We have tried implementing some work arounds such as making sure the bitbucket email and jira email are the same but it does not work.

Any suggestions ?

We are using the latest version of JIRA DVCS Connector Plugin

It seems the plugin itself is not working proprely, might be you can check:

1. Whether the plugin is compatbile with your current JIRA version?
2. Whether all module in the plugin are enable?
3. Maybe try to uninstall and install the plugin again for a try?

I'm having this problem as well in the hosted version of JIRA, so have no options as you mention above to debug.

I tried reconnecting the plugin to GitHub, but it fails with this error:

Error obtain access token.
