Error using Zephyr Test Case Importer

I am running into the following error:

"Specified named range 'DND' does not exist in the current workbook"

 

Is there a limit as to the size of the xlsx file that can be imported? Or could there be a problem in the data?

Was their a resolution to this issue? I have the same error and can't seem to find what is causing it.

Thanks for your interest in Zephyr

It seems to be a problem with the data in excel.We can import any amount of data from the excel file.

We would require teh screenshot of the mapping you have done in the importer utlity and the excel file you are trying to import to further troubleshoot this issue

We suggest you to sign up to our support site "https://support.getzephyr.com/hc/en-us" and use the option "Submit a Case" to raise a ticket with us.One of our engineers would contact you via the ticket to help resolve this issue for you

Please attach the files I asked for in the ticket too
