One of the strengths of Atlas CRM is that you can have multiple companies and contacts with the same name. We encounter a lot of people that share the same common name. And every once in a while, we run into two companies that have the same name.
When you export companies and contacts, you will find the ID of the entities they are linked to. This helps you find the correct company/contact when there are several of them with the same name.
In software such as Microsoft Excel, you can join the two files together and choose what information you will choose in your table. You can choose to replace the ID's with name. Or you can choose to expand your overview with all information of all companies and contacts.
