We use a field we use to see how long it took an issue to travel from the status "Ready" to "Done". This works fine for each issue.
Now we want to calculate the average time for the project. Its obviously adding all the Benchmarks fields up and deviding them by the number of issues.
The best solution would be if we coul just export the isssues in the project to an excel file so that the the field with a benchmark has its own column, we do some excel magic and calculate the average performance and can create fancy charts.
Anyone knows how to do is? Basically exporting issues of an project to an excel file so that each fields for the issues has its own column.
Thanks.
When you perform a search for all issues in that project, the export option to excel will give you the option to export fields in view or all fields. These will be separate columns in the export.
Markus,
Go to --> Issues --> Search for issues --> Enter your JQL --> Click on the Export button as shown on image.
