Format of generated PDF

The Agile Cards plugin should either highlight field names included for PDF (for isntance making header from "Fix Version" or "Description", or "Subtasks"). Or it should support custom CSS for generating PDFs.

Currently field names are not highlited at all. For example if in "Description" there is custom formatted text it will stand out like nothing else, which looks really confusing as it is not such an important information.

Field names should be highlited similar as it is done on issue page - at lest in bold, or as a header.
