Github integration - can't add trigger

After disabling DVCS and activating new Github app, our smart commits stopped working. On ticket there is no more repo information (branches, PRs etc).

Also, our workflow triggers stopped working and says that: "This trigger is currently inactive because no development tools are connected."

Github app is properly synced.
