GoEdit: How can I unlock a file that is locked for editing by a user that does not exist anymore?

We use GoEdit on our Confluence page. 
A file attachement to a page is locked for editing by a user (4 month ago) that does not exist anymore. 
When "clicking to unlock", nothing happens. 
Re-Uploading the file did also not work. 

What can we do?
