Help Center Portal
When running Extended Request List, list extends then it rolls up and it indicates that it's Loading as seen below. Report does not display it stays loading in definite.

I’ve tested the Extended Request List and it shows the list of tickets normally.
As per your screenshot, it seems that you are not using the new customer portal, can you please enable it?
On the main page of the portal, click on customize and the option below should appear:
If it’s already enabled or if the option is not available, can you please let us know if you are using another add-on to customize the portal?
