×I'm looking for better ways to ensure that blog posts reach users. Is it possible for blog post to feed into a slack channel?
Hey Brigette,
Our Confluence Cloud for Slack (Official) app lets you subscribe a channel to new content in Confluence, including blog posts!
Once the app is installed in your Slack workspace, you'll want to follow our documentation to subscribe a channel to a Confluence space. The app will try to get you started in Slack directly, but you may want to have a look at the documentation if it's not immediately clear what to do from Slack.
The space subscriptions are granular, so you can choose to only send messages to Slack when someone Adds a blog post specifically for example, and have it ignore standard pages or edits.
Cheers,
Daniel
Yes, absolutely! We have a server version of the app called Confluence Server for Slack (Official) that has the same featureset. You can set up notifications for Blog posts:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
