We call "JIRA Email This Issue" (JETI) as a post-function of our workflow. Can I configure JETI to add attachments, from an attachment category in the ticket, to an email?
I know this is a seemingly simple question, as there are attachment fields in the JETI post-function; but they never work for us. Regardless of what we do to configure the post-function, the emails never contain attachments. What can we do to address this?
