How does one uninstall Bonfire?

No longer using Bonfire. The plugin has been disabled yet we continue to receive errors in the log file regarding notifications. How do I uninstall Bonfire to stop the lines written to the log file?

In order to uninstall the Bonfire plugin, the plugin must be enabled. Once enabled the "uninstall" button will then appear. The "uninstall" button is not displayed if the plugin is not enabled.
