How to Encrypt the user details in Jira Database in jira

i am using the" jira command line interface" the user email id is updated in bulk level but i want after the encryption Also user gets the email in old email id or not is it possible or not ?

basically i want this type of encryption

Before Encryption:
Full Name: admin
UserName: admin
email ID: admin@gmail.com

After Encryption:
Full Name: User10001
UserName: user10001
email ID: user10001@gmail.com

and after encryption also "admin@gmail.com" emails are getting same email address or not is this possible??
