How to cancel the dead Bulk Operation

Hi,

I start around 1k issues Bulk operation, when the task finish 25%, the host restart once, after that the operation still there and seems dead, other bulk operation cannot perform.

My question is how to cancel or delete the dead bulk operation (see the snapshot) so that other bulk operation can execute?

Restart the host, seems solve the problem.
