Hi there!
We're using an Automation for JIRA and our instance has about 90 automation rules. Yesterday we updated our JIRA and an Automation plugin too and now we're having trouble with allowed service limits.
Almost every rule throws that error like THROTTLED - and the link in "show more" leads to "Automation for JIRA service limits" page.
Is there a way to change this limits or just turn them off?
Hi John,
Sorry that you hit these limits straight away. We have been using these limits in the paid version for a while now and they typically have been fine.
Since upgrading the free version we are seeing a lot more customes hitting these limits. We will be adding a config page to allow admins to tune these.
In the mean time you can set the config options via REST as per the instructions at:
The message in the log should tell you what limits you are hitting.
If you are having trouble tunning these simply create a ticket at: https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
Cheers,
Nick
Thanks Nick!
Yesterday we've not seen that instruction.
And now we're tuning limits - and it seems to be fine so thanks for your answer.
P.S. And sorry for my bad english.
