I am trying to fast track a ticket based on 2 conditions. If "Condition A" AND "Condition B" are met, then transition the ticket to a certain status.
Is this possible? I've been trying but no luck.

I've just tested it on my instance to be sure and it work for me! Your format should look like this:
Condition1 && Condition2
You'll replace the Condition1 and Condition2 with your specific conditions.
