How to subscribe many people to their own timesheet?

Hi,

I would like to automatically subscribe people to get their timesheet report sent each week on a particular day to all the people of a specific project & role. How can I do that?

Hi Julien,

Let me respond here too, in hope it may help others next time.

Once you click Subscribe in the report, it should be possible to change schedule in menu Issues - Timesheet Email, click Schedule for the corresponding Subscription. There you can use Remind Users option also to automatically notify people about their timesheet report regularly.

Just each user can subscribe yourself via timesheet report that sent each week on a particular day.

Also you can create an issue for suggest imrovement on the vendor service desk portal https://jiratimesheet.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
