1. In Jira Service desk Dynamic form added dropdown field as related field is not coming up in customer portal.

2.if we add text field in related field it is coming

please let me know the reason & solution

This sounds like a problem with the app. I would recommend that you contact the vendor for support - Deviniti Apps Support - Jira Service Management (atlassian.net)

Thanks for the input, indeed the problem with app only, we have got fixed the issue,
