I have a CMDB project where issuetype Applications have a field called Team.
Recently I got Insight and created Teams as Insight Objects and I would like to add them to the issues.
What I want to do if with an Insight Readonly field called "Insight Team" put the correct team in the issue with the reference of the old customfield.
What I have right now is
Filter Scope (IQL): objectType = Team
Filter Assign Scope (IQL): "Teams"."Name" in (${customfield_14481})
Is this the correct way to reference a customfield?
Ej. If the custom field Team has in the issue the value "Parrots"
Then I should get in the Readonly field the info of the objectype Team, object Parrots no?
