Insight: when CSV import which timezone will be use?

Haishen October 30, 2018

Hi all

When I import csv into Insight, if I have a datetime field, which timezone will be use?

because when I import a csv into Insight, I have a field's value is '3/17/2012 8:45' but in Insight it become '17/Mar/12 1:45 AM ', I don't know why

My profile is Asia/Shanghai and server/database is UTC, is this relevant?

Hi @Haishen

User profile time zone value overrides global time zone value.

In your case it will take Asia/Shanghai value.
