When I go to the Instant Website tab under Integrations, I get a 'The page you were trying to reach could not be found.'

What could be the issue and how do I correct it?

I would open a help ticket with Atlassian and with the add-on vendor.

The add-on could have failed to install properly or the add-on could be experiencing issues.
