×We are trying to use PDF View (v3.1.0) to render Agile cards in PDF format. If the Jira issues use jEditor (v2.0.4) to render the description fields, and the description field is included in the template, PDF View throws an exception.
Hi Tom!
JIRA PDF View Plugin partly supports the HTML elements generated by JEditor out of the box, but the support is not 100%. If you use rather simple formatting, it will work, otherwise you may see this error.
Now, the good news.
The full support for JEditor is already in our near-term product roadmap! Please remember to vote on this feature request and we will make sure that it gets implemented in the next plugin version: https://midori.zendesk.com/entries/48847458-Support-for-JEditor-fields
(You are also welcome to open tickets in our official support tracker, as you can expect faster responses there.)
Hello Tom!
I have great news to share: we have just released JIRA PDF View Plugin 3.3.0, and it features support for JEditor rendered fields (including description, environment, issue comments and all multi-line and single-line text custom fields)! All JEditor-added formatting will be exported to the PDF documents.

I have a PDF export with the exception but can figure out how to attach it here. Excerpt is:
