After upgrading to latest Jira version xPorter no longer works. It was shown as compatible up to Jira 9.10 and I am on 9.12 because of the security advisories. I cannot login to the vendor support page and email to them is not answered for weeks. Anyone know if they are still in business? I was able to purchase the app and license in December but they are radio silent on the support (which is strange as in the past they were very good).

Or try a different email address to reach out to or a new account in support. I was able to sign up. 🤷🏼♂️

Thanks Max. When this started and my account didn't work, took me two times to reset password but it still will not let me login. I will try the phone number in the US.
