Is there any plan to release "Confluence issue tab plugin" which supports JIRA 8+ version

Hi we are upgrading JIRA to 8+ version and we found that "Confluence issue tab" plugin current version supports jira version of v7.13.5 only , is there any plan to release new version of plugin which supports JIRA 8+ version and when can we expect it.

Yes, version 0.6.2 released on 14 October 2019 supports Jira 8.0.0 and later.
