Issues with JIRA to JIRA copy plug-in

We have two Jira instances and have installed this plug-in for copying issues between two instances. It works fine from A to B, but if copy from B to A we will get "Remote copy could not be processed with the JIRA instance" error.

Does anyone have a clue why this happens?

This usually means that the account you've set to use on A for the copy either can't log in, or has no permission to create the issue in A.
