Hi All,

I have set up a custom email template to be sent via script runner. I have 2 questions:

1) Is it possible to change the font type of the email being triggered by Script Runner?

2) Fetching value of a Multi Select List field in the email results in an extra bracket[] being displayed in the email body. Can that be removed e.g. [Americas]
