Dears,
I'm trying to automate the "Excel Export" from jira using the "Save Action" in the "Automation Screen".
However, this action does not exist on the screen.
any help? Thank you for your time
Hi @Fadi Tawil
In order for this to work, you need to install 3 separate apps. Did you follow this installation guide?

Is that Jira Cloud you are using? You didn't specify the deployment, so if it's Cloud, then unfortunately it won't work. No third party actions are allowed in Automation for Jira Cloud. You can vote for this feature request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-10966

Owww, what do you recommend me to do, in order to get it done?

Hi Fadi,
I am pretty sure this is not currently a valid action to be performed with Automation For Jira.

Dear Mr. John,
I've watched a video on YouTube that shows how to do it. However, I'm not able to find the "Save Excel" button.
Please can you watch the video and give me your feedback.
Thank you so much for your time and consideration!
