Missing Action - Automation

Dears, 

I'm trying to automate the "Excel Export" from jira using the "Save Action" in the "Automation Screen". 

However, this action does not exist on the screen. 

any help? Thank you for your time

In order for this to work, you need to install 3 separate apps. Did you follow this installation guide?

but I'm not being able to access the admin tool in third step and continue. can't find it.

Actually, I accessed the screen and pressed "Upload App" in the "Manage Apps" screen 

where a pop screen will appear to insert the link. 

However, didn't what to do next? what is the link? and there no browsing tool to attach the Jar file.

Is that Jira Cloud you are using? You didn't specify the deployment, so if it's Cloud, then unfortunately it won't work. No third party actions are allowed in Automation for Jira Cloud. You can vote for this feature request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-10966

does it work if I download Jira App on Windows?

I am pretty sure this is not currently a valid action to be performed with Automation For Jira.

That video is for a different third party tool, not Automation For Jira.
