We've got a lot of pages in Confluence with Balsamiq mockups. Recently users have been experiencing an issue where all the mockups in the page don't appear. The fix to date has been to refresh the page (F5 in the browser) and eventually they will display. We've seen this with multiple machines, both mac and windows and in different browsers.
Has this problem been seen before?
Hi Eugen and sorry for the trouble.
There is indeed an ongoing issue that is being investigated by the Atlassian team on this thread. We reported it a few days ago.
Would you mind joining the thread there to be notified about updates directly?
Any questions, we're here (support@balsamiq.com)!
can you give me also rights to watch the thread please? it is affecting a lot of users on our project.

thanks!

Hi, it's not resolved yet. There is a ticket open with Atlassian that they are working on.

Thanks Eugen, I will follow the linked ticket.
This is very problematic as we can't open our Balsamic documents which are in Confluence.
We have a lose of information for now.

Hi Virgin, thanks for the reply. Great to hear it's not just me. I don't seem to have access to review that thread - could you give me access?
