Hi,

Do you use proxy? If yes, please make sure it is set correctly in the Eclipse.

Can you also make sure that Remote API is ON in your JIRA general configuration settings?

Cheers,

Jacek

Can you try to connect to Bugzilla (e.g. bugs.eclipse.org) and studio.atlassian.com with the Connector? I would like to make sure your Eclipse proxy setting really works.

Thanks,

Jacek

What do you mean by Fiddler is Open? Do you mean that proxy is in place or some debugging option in Fiddler is started? Can you explaint it a little bit more? At first sight it looks like a problem with your proxy but I want to understand it more.

Thanks,

Jacek

Hi,

The problem what i face now is not stream closed, i get "Login credential not validated".I debugged and found that this gets valdated from our end but then when it goes to the mylyn it shows this error message.

I have https connection with SSO enabled.Do i need to configure any settings??.Proxy works fine as i was able to connect to studio.atlassian.com.

This is URL to which i want to connect to JIRA 5.0 via mylyn

https://<servername>:8443

What do you mean by SSO enabled? What kind of SSO do you use? How it works with JIRA? Do you provide username and password in the Repository Settings dialog in the Connector for Eclipse?

I can report upgrading from the 3.0.8 connector that installed from the market place to the 3.2 from the update site fixed my connectivity issues.

http://update.atlassian.com/atlassian-eclipse-plugin/rest/e3.7

Prevoiusly it would just report "Stream closed" when i tried to validate settings.
