Query - Need to transition a issue through email i.e. whenever a customer replies on the email received an auto transition should happen in JIRA on that issue.
Approach -
I have installed "Email this issue" add-on and I want to use its feature -
"Execute Workflow Transitions via Email" for doing this i need to set up a mail handler .
Before setting the mail handler I need to have a mail account created for which I need few details.
I am attaching a screen shot, please provide me with those details . Also is there any other way to achieve this?

But in addition to the above, why you don't add a Jira automation? You want to transition the issue, when you will receive the email?
