Not able to Add a new account for Jira DVCS

My repo is on github (under an organization) and I can't figure out what the format I should use for team name. I've tried all sorts of combinations (https://github.com/organizations/Aptina/teams/308913) and I keep getting the error The url [https://github.com/organizations/Aptina/teams] is incorrect or the server is not responding.

I have already set up the GitHub OAuth Settings without an issue.

Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.

Hi Shari,

I believe that we have to take a better look into your instance log files to better determine the root cause of this issue. Please double check the necessary steps described on this document: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Linking+a+Bitbucket+or+GitHub+repository+with+JIRA+OnDemand

If you still face the error after the check, please raise a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com.

I'd already been trying to follow the directions supplied so I created a support ticket.
