Not getting any logs/error message after attempting zephyr

Hi,

 

I am using zfj-importer-utility-0.38 for JIRA server. I am able to connect and map columns but when clicked on Import , no error message or logs are getting generated.The log area is just blank.

System Configuration : 

Windows 10

Java Version - 10

JDK version - 10
