Office Plugin Not Working

User not able to use Edit in Office option from attachment page :

Logs show this error :

2012-11-02 11:16:26,936 WARN Timer-4 java.util.prefs syncWorld Couldn't flush user prefs: java.util.prefs.BackingStoreException: Couldn't get file lock.

Hi, This is a closed question, but I didn't find the previous question.

I have the same problem. I don't understand why RSS fail. There are no reason :-(

Someone can send me link of previous question??
