Hello,
The add-on for JIRA Cloud titled Agile User Story Map is pretty helpful. However, there seems to be an issue with the print pdf section that started this afternoon. I tried clearing my browser cache/history and rebooting. After that failed, I fired up the Chrome Dev tools and notiec the following errors in the console:

Quite interested in getting this resolved so I can get a physical copy to post.
Thanks,
Mike Brooks
this is by far no critical size. Can you please assign me a temporary user to you JIRA Instance?
I have several different maps. They range from 10-40 Epics. Each Epic has between 3 and 40 Stories. Totals cards on the smallest map is approx 50.

Thanks for the follow-up. The PDF never generates. The PDF would generate the first day I installed the plugin and the first few times. After that it stopped working. I have cleared my browser cache. However, the issue is browser agnostic. I can replicate the issue on the current release versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, MS Edge, and MS IE11.
I have waited upwards of 15 minutes for the pdf to generate. I am running on a plenty powerful enough machine (6th Gen i7, 16GB DDR3, SSD, discrete graphics, on Win10 Pro).
I have posted this same question on the addon's support portal. I realized after I posted that I was on the JIRA general support, not the dev's site. I'll see what they have to say.
My map just might be too big.

the "Cross-Origin" errors are normal and cannot be avoided as there is a conflict between the JIRA and the add on host - but this has no relevant affect on the pdf.
What happened with your pdf? did it load? maybe it takes a wile (it is calculated at the client side) particularly if you have a large map..
