Plugin Stuck Installing

I've attempted to install the  "Project Specific Select Field" plugin and the plugin manager has been stuck installing it for > 30 min now.

I submitted a case because I can find now issues within the logs. Has anyone else encountered this?

I can't uninstall it using the plugin manager because the manager is locked installing the plugin.

Sorry to hear about your installation problems. Never seen something like that in the past. What version of JIRA are you using? What plugin version did you tried to install?

Or is your problem meanwhile solved?

Jira: v7.1.1

Project Specific Select Field: 6.1.2

Atlassian has informed me that the issue is not with the plugin but with the Plugin Manger.

I've scheduled a restart of JIRA tonight to fix the plugin manager and will check to see if the plugin is loaded correctly after the restart.
