Problem with viewing a table on create subtask screen

Hi,

I have a problem with my talbe that is on create screen on a sub-task. The problem is that the table sometimes appears and sometimes not (example on screens):

reopening the screen helps, but the problem does repeat randomly.

There is a script validator on a create tranzition, and because of the problem, it is possible to create a ticket with empty values on the grid while it should be validated by the script.

I can send the script also with a table configuration, just please provide me an e-mail.

We use newest plugin version. Jira 7.4.2
