Project Configurator: Importing only Configuration and Not Issue Data

Hi,

Not sure whether anyone has faced this issue. While importing the Export Zip (exported from another jira instance) file using the Project Configurator Plugin only the project configuration is getting created. Issues data are not getting Imported, even though no error are shown on import.

In the data xml, we can see the issue related data, not sure why the data got imported. Is there any option that i am missing while importing...

Any suggestions would be of great help!

The project Configurator plugin that we are using 2.2.4-J7.

Can you please confirm if when importing the configuration and issue data if you used the "Import Complete Project" option as outlined in the documentation at https://www.adaptavist.com/doco/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=23134381.
