Hello,

A non-administrator user can create a project using the template? It is an essential function for us. Do you plan to implement this feature?

Hi Leandro,

We do not support the creation of projects via non JIRA-Admin users at the moment.

It seems that Atlassian is working on giving new permissions to allow non JIRA-Admin users to create projects (see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-1431). Hopefully, this will get implemented soon.

I don't know about Gaia's roadmap but https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.wittified.jira.project-creatorsupports delegation of project creation.
