QA-Space Test Management doesn't work after updating to 3.5.6

We just updated QASpace from v1.1.1 to 3.5.6 on our Live JIRA server. (This was after updating and testing it successfully on our Test server). Immediately following the update on Live, we saw the following message when we tried to start a Test:

“None of your projects have QaSpace enabled. Please ask project administrator to perform "QaSpace Test Management >> Enable" for the appropriate project(s).”

I went into the two projects we use QASpace with, and clicked the Enable option. This displays only the following messages:

“Project FST has issue type scheme without test issue type. Please ask project administrator to perform "QaSpace Test Management >> Enable".”

But both the projects ALREADY have the Test issue type in the Issue Type Scheme. I tried removing the Test issue type and putting it back in. This did not solve the problem. There are no other configuration options for this plug-in except for reset.

 Has this happened to anyone else, and is there a solution?
