Quick Subtask for JIRA -- Global Template Issue

Hello,

We are using Quick Subtasks for JIRA Plugin version 4.11.

We are very happy with the plugin, but have encountered an issue with the Global Template.

I created global template in my JIRA sandbox for testing and it worked fine.

Now when I try to add the same template to our production JIRA instance, it will not save. I tried changing the title and that did not work. I also removed the template from the sandbox as well.

Any ideas are appreciated.
