Quisapps: Does setting field security apply on a project by project basis?

We are interested in field level security on some issues in some projects, but we do not wnat to apply this to all projects using common fields in JIRA. Does Quisapps JFS plugin allow us to designate what Projects the Field Security applies, or does it apply to all projects that use that field?

Yes, you can apply a field security scheme only to one or more projects. Since you can use different field security schemes on different projects you got all the flexibility you need.
