Addon won't enable

Hello - I've downloaded a trial of Security and Encryption into the latest version of Confluence server.  It won't enable.  Help?

I've the same Problem. After i've installed the Confluence Version 7.0.2 i can't start the Security and Encription App. Log writes nothing when i try to activate the Plugin.

Thank you for your response.  

I do not have command line level access to my server - how may I get this log file?  And no, there are no errors.  It just takes a very long time and eventually says that it cannot enable the plugin.

"This add-on failed to enable. Refer to the logs for more information."

Hey Penelope,

Is there any errors on the screen when you try to enable it? And if you expand this add-on information, is there anything there?

Please also check if is there any related information in your $CONFLUENCE_HOME/logs/atlassian-confluence.log file when you try to enable the add-on.
