I installed Agile Issue Printer on a cloud instance of JIRA yesterday and was able to print out issues. However, today, i am taken to the AIP screen as usual, but when i hit print, i am redirected back to my issue search screen, but no PDF gets downloaded in my browser.
I have tried deleting the previous PDF file in my downloads, and have tried in other browsers (Safari) - i'm currently using Chrome.
You have to change the default print to the PDF printer which is included in Windows. During the print dialog be sure the correct printer is indicated. you can also get phone support 1-844-324-2808 for printer support expert to resolve your query.

Thank you for the report. We have noticed that similar problem appears when a user uses slow network connection. We want to solve it in the nearest future.

Hi thanks for replying. We are on a fast network connection here, and we've had no outages. It seems to only manage to print a maximum of 23 issues in any one go - compare this to the inbuilt JIRA card print, which happily printed out 100 issues in a single go yesterday.
